Sometimes works

Sometimes when I enter a join.me session (or try to) and info thin pops up saying that it cant connect and to check the Internet connection. Ive tried rebooting my inter and all that techy stuff but it wont do anything to help the issue. Please fix. Otherwise when I am able to join I love this app! Also, a suggestion, why not make it so that the host can have a mic on that everyone in the meeting can hear?
