I liked the app, and so I registered for the paid service on monthly basis for one specific meeting; a cost I was willing to pay. About a week after that one meeting I used the app for, I went online and chose to "remove my subscription", only to be charged again at the monthly renewal date. Upon calling them, I learned that "removing a subscription" does not cancel anything even though it shows you as using the free subscription after you do the "removal" online. You must call to cancel, something that is not mentioned anywhere on the "subscription removal" screens but Im told it is in the small print somewhere. And of course, they have a NO REFUNDS policy.
UPDATE: they did refund my money as requested.
