We run a virtual development team spanning 6 states across 3 time zones... with daily stand-up meetings and weekly demos to a very broad audience (technical and non-tech). We have found the tool to be exceptional for our needs. While we have periodically had issues with users being able to connect or dropping, these are quite sporadic and have not impacted the satisfaction of our viewers or presenters. We do use the whiteboard feature, and found it to be extraordinarily useful for the very dynamic creativity and design meetings. Ive read the other reviews of this tool, and while having experienced some of those issues, we believe Join.Me is the best option among the players weve used thus far (all the biggies). In fairness, Ill give them 4 of 5 stars to allow room to improve on some of the critiques - but I wouldnt give any of the other options anything above 2s and 3s on that same criteria.
